Do you have unrelenting pain or discomfort? A 'Target Pain' treatment is a shorter 30-minute session, designed to work on one or two areas at a maximum. Techniques will vary.
Integrative Massage

Integrative massage takes a whole-person approach, combining a variety of massage techniques and gentle bodywork with energetic-based modalities including Craniosacral to help relieve stress and pain. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and comfort level, with a focus on muscle tension, promoting relaxation, and addressing areas of discomfort.
Myofascial Massage

Pregnancy Massage
60 Min - $105 / 90 Min - $145
Pregnancy massage is generally encouraged and beneficial after the first trimester. Your therapist will discuss your needs and can use specialized pillows to ensure you are comfortable. If you are high risk or experiencing complications, please consult your doctor to ensure that massage is not contraindicated.
1st trimester massage is offered but you must be approved by doctor and may only book over the phone directly with the studio.

Neuromuscular Therapy

This therapy is another form of soft tissue manipulation designed to facilitate relief from chronic muscular and neurological disorders and pathologies. Find release from trigger points, nerve compression, circulation, postural discomfort, and injuries from repetitive movement.
Signature Massage

Indulge in a relaxing massage which incorporates many of our add-ons. Our signature massage includes hot stones to the back and neck, a hot towel compress, an herbal foot wrap, and a peppermint rosemary scalp massage.
Thai Massage

This is a participatory treatment. Work with your therapist as you are kneaded and stretched. Benefits include increased flexibility and a decrease in the lower back or joint pain. Floor Thai and Table Thai available.

Manual lymphatic drainage relieves swelling that occurs when medical treatment or illness disrupts your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves light manipulation of specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.
Swedish Massage

Enjoy a massage that is meant to relax and stimulate your nervous system while increasing blood and lymph flow. Therapists employ a variety of techniques including long, flowing strokes, kneading, deep circular movement, and passive joint movement.

Cryotherapy is a cold therapy with several benefits that aid in the muscle recovery process and reduce pain. Your therapist will apply a cryotherapy cup with ice to the areas of concern or injury. Cryotherapy can be used in conjunction with heat or contrast therapy and on its own.

This add-on treatment combines tailored aromatherapy, acupressure points, and a head, neck, and facial massage combined with the clearing aroma of eucalyptus to help open your sinuses.
Hot Stones

Hot stones can be a great addition to most any massage. Enjoy the additional warmth from hot stones as your massage therapist incorporates them into the session.
Herbal Foot Wrap

Enjoy extra time on your feet during your 60 or 90-minute massage session. This treatment includes a hot towel wrap for each foot with organic herbal cream infused with rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint. If you have any allergies, one or more of the essential oils can be omitted.

Deep Touch

Deep touch can be added to Swedish, Signature, Hot Stone, Target pain, reflexology, and prenatal massages if heavier pressure is preferred.
Cryo Facial

Enjoy as your massage therapist uses cryotherapy globes that have been chilling in the freezer. The therapist will apply the cold stones in various pressures and angles to your face and neck. This treatment can help decrease inflammation on the face to leave your skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
